Kino has a large range of English, Chinese and Japanese manga. Get the privilage card to obtain 20% on certain occassions.
Borders has a moderate range of English manga and (as far I know) no Chinese manga. Sign up to their mailing list to get discounts from 20% upwards.
Page One has a moderate to large range of English and Chinese manga.
Comics Connection has a small range of English and a moderate range of Chinese manga.
Popular has a teeny range of Chinese and English manga (mainly Chuang Yi titles).

San Secondhand bookshops have a moderate range of Chinese manga and rather small range of English manga.
Otaku House (Suntec) has a super teeny range of English manga, mostly Chuang Yi titles.
1. To get English manga, go to Borders, Kino or Page One. No point going to Comics Connection. Prices at different places are different. Most expensive is usually Borders.
2. Secondhand bookstores only mainly have Chinese manga.
3. Libraries that carry manga are AMK, Jurong East and Central.
4. Prices of different volumes can be different.
5. There are no pre made plastic covers at Popular, Kino or Comic Connection. No idea where to find them. Tell me if you do know.
